Ingredients
- Honey Beans (Ewa Oloyin) 2 cups
- Habanero Pepper 2
- Tomatoes 2 Medium size
- Onion, Half a Medium size
- Palm Oil 1/4 cup
- 1 Seasoning cube
- Salt to taste
Direction
- Pick the beans to remove any debris
- Wash the beans and transfer into a clean pot of water
- Cover and allow to boil
- Remove the water from the beans when the water starts to boil
- Put fresh water and start cooking
- Add onion and salt, cover and cook till beans is tender
- Add the blended Pepper when the beans is tender
- Add Palm oil, ground crayfish, seasoning cube and any other seasoning of choice
- Cover and allow everything to cook for about 5 mins
- When its cooked you can serve or...
- You may mash the beans - this step is optional though good if you will be serving kids
- Allow to cook for about another 2 mins and serve.
