Ingredients
- All purpose Flour 2 and half cups
- Corn Flour 1 cup
- 1/2 cup mashed Bananas
- Lukewarm water 1 cup
- Sunflower oil 2 Tablespoon
- Dry yeast 2 teaspoon
- Salt 1/2 Teaspoon
Direction
- Sieve the flours
- Add all the dry ingredients together and mix
- Add the oil, mashed banana and water
- Mix to form a dough
- Transfer to a clean surface and knead for just about a minute
- Put the dough into a lightly greased bowl
- Cover with a kitchen towel and allow to rise in a warm place for about 30minutes or till its doubled in size
- Punch down the dough
- Transfer to a clean surface, lightly knead and divide into 8 pieces
- Roll each piece and knead into a flat circle
- Heat up your pan on high heat till it's hot
- Reduce the heat and cook each bread about 2 minutes on each side
- Cover with a clean kitchen towel as you remove each bread from the stove
- Serve
