Ingredients
Millet Flour 1 and 1/2 cups
2 cups of water
Direction
- Sieve the Millet flour and set aside
- Add a pinch of salt to 2 cups water and bring to boil
- Add about half a cup of room temperature water to 3/4 cup of millet flour, mix till fully dissolved
- Pour the millet mixture into the boiling water and stir. Allow to cook for few minutes or until the colour changes slightly showing it is cooked
- Add about 3/4 cups dry millet powder to it and stir continuously Note: The quantity of the flour you add at this stage depends on how thick or soft you want your millet
- Keep stirring as you allow to cook for few minutes
- Wrap immediately in food wrapper
Serve with any Nigerian soup
