COUSCOUS SWALLOW (FUFU)

 



Ingredients:

  1. Couscous Flour,  1 and a half cup
  2. Water, 4 cups
  3. A Pinch of salt
  4. Cassava Flour (Lafun) half cup, Optional

Direction: 

  1. Blend the Couscous and Set aside
  2. Add a pinch of salt to 4 cups of water and allow to boil
  3. Add the Couscous flour and stir
  4. Stir and press to the side of the pot to smoothen lumps
  5. Add a little amount of water and allow to cook for about 5 minutes
  6. Stir and put off the stove
  7. You can add some cassava flour at this stage, this is optional
  8. Serve with any soup of choice
