INGREDIENTS
Dough:
- All purpose flour 330 grams
- Yeast 2 teaspoon
- Vegetable oil 4 tablespoon
- Salt 1 teaspoon
- Sugar 1 teaspoon
- Warm water 1 cup
Topping:
- Onion Medium Size
- Boiled Meat, 1 medium size, shredded (Optional)
- 2 Medium sized habanero Peppers deseeded and diced (Optional)
Sauce:
- Blended fresh tomatoes and Tomato paste 1 cup
- Vegetable oil 1 teaspoon
- Onion to taste
- Garlic powder to taste
- Salt to taste
- Seasoning cube 1/2 a cube
Direction
- Add all the ingredients for the sauce together, cook till it is thicker and set aside
- Sieve the flour
- Add the yeast , sugar and salt and mix together
- Add Vegetable oil and mix into the flour
- Add warm water, mix to form a dough
- Cover with a kitchen towel and leave in a warm place for about an hour to rise or till it doubles
- While the dough is rising, add onion and pepper to a little vegetable oil and stir-fry for few minutes, then set aside
- Rub some vegetable oil on your pizza plate or upturned oven tray, dust with some flour and set aside
- Knead the risen dough and transfer to the oven tray
- Spread dough in circular motion about 12 inch diameter
- Cover and place in a warm place to rise for another 15 minutes
- After 15 minutes, spread again and create hollow portions round the dough near the edges
- Spread the vegetable oil, about 4 tablespoon of the sauce, the other toppings you want to use including the stir-fried onions
- Bake in pre heated oven for about 20 minutes or till light brown
