NO CHEESE ONION PIZZA

 




INGREDIENTS

Dough:

  • All purpose flour 330 grams
  • Yeast  2 teaspoon
  • Vegetable oil  4 tablespoon
  • Salt  1 teaspoon
  • Sugar  1 teaspoon
  • Warm water  1 cup

Topping:

  • Onion Medium Size
  • Boiled Meat, 1 medium size, shredded (Optional)
  • 2 Medium sized habanero Peppers deseeded and diced (Optional)

Sauce:

  • Blended fresh tomatoes and Tomato paste  1 cup
  • Vegetable oil  1 teaspoon
  • Onion to taste
  • Garlic powder to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Seasoning cube  1/2 a cube

 

Direction

  1. Add all the ingredients for the sauce together, cook till it is thicker and set aside
  2. Sieve the flour
  3. Add the yeast , sugar and salt and mix together
  4. Add Vegetable oil and mix into the flour
  5. Add warm water, mix to form a dough
  6. Cover with a kitchen towel and leave in a warm place for about an hour to rise or till it doubles
  7. While the dough is rising, add onion and pepper to a little vegetable oil and stir-fry for few minutes, then set aside
  8. Rub some vegetable oil on your pizza plate or upturned oven tray, dust with some flour and set aside
  9. Knead the risen dough and transfer to the oven tray
  10. Spread dough in circular motion about 12 inch diameter
  11. Cover and place in a warm place to rise for another 15 minutes
  12. After 15 minutes, spread again and create hollow portions round  the dough  near the edges
  13. Spread the vegetable oil, about 4 tablespoon of the sauce, the other toppings you want to use including the stir-fried onions
  14. Bake in pre heated oven for about 20 minutes or till light brown
