Corn banana Flatbread

 



Ingredients

  1. All purpose Flour 2 and half cups
  2. Corn Flour 1 cup
  3. 1/2 cup mashed Bananas
  4. Lukewarm water 1 cup
  5. Sunflower oil 2 Tablespoon
  6. Dry yeast 2 teaspoon
  7. Salt 1/2 Teaspoon

 

Direction

  1. Sieve the flours
  2. Add all the dry ingredients together and mix
  3. Add the oil, mashed banana and water
  4. Mix to form a dough
  5. Transfer to a clean surface and knead for just about a minute
  6. Put the dough into a lightly greased bowl
  7. Cover with a kitchen towel and allow to rise in a warm place for about 30minutes or till its doubled in size
  8. Punch down the dough
  9. Transfer to a clean surface, lightly knead and divide into 8 pieces
  10. Roll each piece and knead into a flat circle
  11. Heat up your pan on high heat till it's hot
  12. Reduce the heat and cook each bread about 2 minutes on each side
  13. Cover with a clean kitchen towel as you remove each bread from the stove
  14. Serve
