Ingredients
- Flour 2 tablespoon. You can use any flour of choice,(Here I have about 1 and 1/2 tablespoon All purpose flour plus 1 teaspoon beans flour)
- 1/2 cup water to cook the flour
- Water 1/3 cup plus 2 tablespoon full cream powdered milk
- 1/2 cup sunflower oil or any other healthy Oil
- Apple Cider Vinegar 1 tablespoon
- Garlic powder
- Salt to taste
Direction
- Cook the flour in water till it is thick
- Allow it to cool completely
- Transfer it to the blender
- Add the milk, apple cider vinegar and garlic powder
- Blend for 10 seconds
- Keep the blender running and gradually add the oil about 1 tablespoon at a time
- After a while, you will observe the sound of your blender change.This indicates that emulsification has taken place and your mayonnaise is ready
- Add salt to taste
- Transfer to a jar with lid and refrigerate
- You can keep it in the refrigerator for up to 7 days
