Eggless Mayonnaise

 



Ingredients

  1.   Flour 2 tablespoon. You can use any flour of choice,(Here I have about 1 and 1/2            tablespoon All purpose flour plus 1 teaspoon beans flour)
  2.   1/2 cup water to cook the flour
  3.   Water 1/3 cup plus 2 tablespoon full cream powdered milk
  4.   1/2 cup sunflower oil or any other healthy Oil
  5.   Apple Cider Vinegar 1 tablespoon
  6.  Garlic powder
  7.  Salt to taste

 

Direction

  1.   Cook the flour in water till it is thick
  2.   Allow it to cool completely
  3.   Transfer it to the blender
  4.   Add the milk, apple cider vinegar and garlic powder
  5.   Blend for 10 seconds
  6.   Keep the blender running and gradually add the oil about 1 tablespoon at a time
  7.   After a while, you will observe the sound of your blender change.This indicates that   emulsification has taken place and your mayonnaise is ready
  8.   Add salt to taste
  9.  Transfer to a jar with lid and refrigerate
  10.  You can keep it in the refrigerator for up to 7 days
