Bulgur Swallow (Fufu)

 




Ingredients

Bulgur Wheat, 1 cup

Water, 4 cups

Pinch of Salt

Cassava Flour (Lafun), 1/2 cup

 

Direction

  1. Blend the bulgur wheat to fine flour and set aside
  2. Add a pinch of salt to 4 cups of water and allow water to boil
  3. Gradually add 3/4 cup of the Bulgur flour and mix
  4. Allow to cook for about 3 minutes
  5. Add the remaining 1/4 cup flour
  6. Add about 1/4 cup of water and allow to cook for about  5 minutes
  7. Mix and put off the stove
  8. Add cassava flour, mix and serve
  9. Serve with any soup of choice
