Ingredients
Bulgur Wheat, 1 cup
Water, 4 cups
Pinch of Salt
Cassava Flour (Lafun), 1/2 cup
Direction
- Blend the bulgur wheat to fine flour and set aside
- Add a pinch of salt to 4 cups of water and allow water to boil
- Gradually add 3/4 cup of the Bulgur flour and mix
- Allow to cook for about 3 minutes
- Add the remaining 1/4 cup flour
- Add about 1/4 cup of water and allow to cook for about 5 minutes
- Mix and put off the stove
- Add cassava flour, mix and serve
- Serve with any soup of choice
